I’m Kelli Frances Corrado (She/Her), an experimental singer, songwriter, and witch. Exploring the healing power of sound. I write, perform, teach, and wander. Growing up sneaking into DIY shows in Chicago while learning ritual prayers from my Czech grandmother. That blend of earth and ether, grit and grace, lives in the music I make.
I first picked up the guitar playing in ambient project, Arkade, but over time, my sound evolved into a fully formed solo vision. With a background in operatic training, string arranging, and poetry, channel many lives, past and present, into my work: social worker, tap dancer, teacher, student, wanderer. Inspired to create and record in weird and wonderful places: a church from 1800s, a haunted schoolhouse, a seaplane port, tunnels with 17-second natural delay, a field of swans..
Deeply committed to lifting femme voices up, I actively participate in collaborative projects, events, and supporting spaces where diverse creative expressions can thrive. I am also a member of the Female Pressure network, and have contributed to compilations such as Women of Noise for Palestine and #ShoutYourAbortion. My music has been featured in The Wire, Bandcamp Daily, NPR and White Light//White Heat.
